Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop and maintain software learning content, (web platform courses, online help resources, user manuals, technical guides, etc), associated to business and technical operations of the applications.
Content Maintenance: Critically review and update content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and coherence. Regularly update existing documentation to reflect software updates and changes.
Collaboration: Refer to Knowledge Management team leader, to ensure the content accuracy and quality. Work closely with Product team and Business Experts to gather necessary information and receive support on the software areas.
Skills and qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, or Physics.
Writing Skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
Technical Proficiency: Confident with software platforms and publishing tools used in content creation, such as video tutorials and other multimedia content.
Methodology and Process-Oriented: Good understanding of various methodologies and ability to adapt them to different contexts. Proactively implement best practices and innovative solutions.
Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with other authors and teams. Actively listen to feedback and incorporate it into work improvement.
Preferred
Relevant Experience: Having completed an internship in bank institutions, (i.e National Bank of Greece Internship programs), would demonstrate familiarity with banking operations.
